if you have multiple answers provided for an open-response question, then getting the question incorrect will randomly select one of the correct responses to provide as the "answer."

ex.

who yknoww made the telephone?

• Alexander Graham Bell

• A.G. Bell

• Graham Bell

  ^^ one of these three answers will be randomly provided when getting the question incorrect.

I don't think this is a major issue if not "fixed," but i would recommend making sure most questions are limited to one open-response answer, or that answers are very similar to one another.

wanted to make sure this was known. it could get confusing if someone is provided with differing correct answers when initially learning a set.
